Introduced at Photokina in October 1966. It had for the first time on a Ihagee camera the mirror with automatic return after release. Feel free to print the pdf file for personal use without asking permission. I hope it can help you while your collection is growing!

VX 1000
VX 1000, #1220232
VX 1000 jpg
The top plate is engraved with the inscription “aus DRESDEN”. It was another step towards the communist way of managing companies throwing away the logo Ihagee (symbol of private ownership). This body has the number in the same batch of the Elbaflex. The camera works and it is in fine condition. As Aguila and Rouah say the nameplates were affixed at the final stage of assembly.

Elbaflex jpg (I don't find it among my cameras)
